These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and iw8 ("the Platform") governing all use of the iw8 website and mobile browser platform. They apply to all visitors, registered users and any person who accesses or uses iw8 in any way. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on iw8 you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must immediately stop using the platform.

iw8 reserves the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, iw8 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. 1. Eligibility

Who is permitted to open and use an iw8 account.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. iw8 operates a strict 21+ policy and will request government-issued identity documents where age cannot be independently confirmed. Any account opened by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the deposit payment method.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether using iw8 is lawful in your location. iw8 does not knowingly accept registrations from restricted jurisdictions.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the law applicable to you. You must not be subject to any incapacity that prevents you from entering into enforceable obligations.
• One account per person: Each individual may register one iw8 account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether in your own name or a third party's — is a material breach of these Terms. iw8 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any winnings accrued through them.

iw8 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension. iw8's determination of eligibility is final in all cases.

2. Account Registration and Security

Rules governing the opening, maintenance and security of your iw8 account.

• Accurate registration data: You must register using your real name, a valid Bangladesh mobile number and accurate personal information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• Password security: You must choose a strong unique password and must not share it with any third party. iw8 staff will never ask for your password. You are solely liable for any losses arising from failure to keep your credentials confidential.
• Reporting unauthorised access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify iw8 support immediately via live chat. iw8 will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation. Delay in reporting may limit our ability to reverse transactions that occurred during the period of compromise.
• Account closure: You may close your iw8 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled under these Terms, and any remaining eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transaction terms applicable to iw8 accounts in Bangladeshi Taka.

• Accepted deposit methods: iw8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and major Bangladesh bank transfer channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted where available. iw8 may add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposit processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are credited to your iw8 balance instantly upon wallet confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days. iw8 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems outside our control.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff are paid to your registered mobile wallet the same day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. iw8 does not guarantee timelines where delays are attributable to third-party systems outside iw8's control.
• Withdrawal to registered method only: Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the deposit that funded the account, or to a payment method registered in the account holder's verified name. iw8 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification: iw8 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension until documentation is provided.

iw8 is entitled to withhold any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is withheld, iw8 will notify the account holder and initiate an investigation. If the investigation confirms no breach, the withheld funds will be released promptly.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Terms applicable to all iw8 bonus offers, free spins, reload bonuses and promotional campaigns.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not completed the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• One active bonus per account: Only one bonus may be active on an iw8 account at any given time unless the specific offer terms expressly permit bonus stacking. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses where this is not permitted is grounds for bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date from the time they are credited. If the wagering requirement is not completed before expiry, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. The expiry date for each bonus is displayed in the platform's Promotions section.
• Bonus abuse and fraud: iw8 reserves the right to void a bonus and any associated winnings, and to close an account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated exploitation of bonus terms, or any conduct iw8 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit the bonus structure inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

5. Responsible Gaming

iw8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Bangladesh players.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your iw8 account at any time via your account settings. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session time reminders: iw8 provides optional session time reminders. You may configure reminders to alert you after a specified duration of continuous play. iw8 recommends enabling session reminders as a standard practice to help manage your gaming time responsibly.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel your gaming is becoming a problem, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion your account is blocked from all gaming activity and from receiving promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• 21+ enforcement: iw8 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. iw8 will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage access including age-verification checks at registration and at first withdrawal. 6. Prohibited Conduct

Actions strictly forbidden on the iw8 platform that may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Any attempt to defraud iw8 or other users, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documentation or misrepresentation of personal information, is strictly prohibited and will be referred to law enforcement.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — including sharing cards, coordinating bets in live casino games, or using any agreed strategy that disadvantages other players or the platform — is prohibited.
• Automated tools: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting systems or any software that interacts with iw8 other than an unmodified web browser is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using iw8 to launder proceeds of crime, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity, is prohibited. iw8 complies with all applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will freeze accounts and report suspicious activity where required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank regarding an iw8 transaction without first contacting iw8 support is prohibited. iw8 reserves the right to suspend the account and recover any funds paid out during the disputed period pending resolution.

7. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits iw8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. iw8 takes reasonable technical steps to maintain platform security and availability but makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free.

9. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of iw8 after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 2 of these Terms.
