Deposit Limits — How They Work

Understanding iw8 deposit limit options available to all Bangladesh players.

iw8 allows every registered player to set a deposit limit at the daily, weekly or monthly level. Once a limit is active, the platform will automatically decline any deposit that would take your total deposits for that period above the limit you have set. You can set a new limit or reduce an existing one at any time through your account settings, and the change takes effect immediately. This means that if you set a daily limit of ৳1,000 and have already deposited ৳800 that day, any further deposit attempt above ৳200 will be declined until the following day.

If you request an increase to an existing deposit limit, iw8 applies a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. This delay is intentional — it gives you time to reconsider a decision made in the heat of the moment. If you change your mind during those 72 hours and withdraw the increase request, the original lower limit remains in force. iw8 recommends that all players set a deposit limit when registering, even if you are confident that your gaming is fully under control.

Time-Out and Self-Exclusion

How to take a break or block your iw8 account for a set period.

Sometimes the right step is simply to step back from gaming for a defined period. iw8 offers two distinct options: a short-term time-out (for players who want a brief pause without closing their account) and a longer self-exclusion (for players who feel their gaming is becoming a problem and need a more robust barrier). Both options are available immediately through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

How to Request Self-Exclusion

1. Contact support: Reach the iw8 support team via live chat on the platform or by email at [email protected] and state that you wish to self-exclude.
2. Choose your period: Select from 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent exclusion. iw8 will confirm your chosen period before activating the block.
3. Block takes effect: Your account will be blocked from all gaming activity within 24 hours of your confirmed request. You will stop receiving promotional communications during the exclusion period.
4. Returning after exclusion: At the end of a fixed exclusion period, iw8 will carry out a brief welfare check before reactivating account access. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed. iw8 will not accept re-registration from a permanently excluded player.

During any self-exclusion or time-out period, iw8 also suspends all bonus and promotional eligibility. Any active bonuses at the time of exclusion will be forfeited. iw8 does not lift a self-exclusion early — the chosen period must run to completion (except for permanent exclusion, which has no end date).
